Do I need to shut the water off?
If it is spraying, yes — meter or heater valve. If you are not sure, call and stay on the line.
Can you camera the sewer?
Most laterals, yes. Cleanouts on older Oakwood houses are hit-or-miss; we will say so before we bill the camera.
Tank or tankless?
Depends on gas line, venting, and how you use hot water. We price both when both are honest.
Do you work weekends?
