How often should I pump?
Most three-bedroom conventional systems here: every 3–5 years. Garbage disposals and extra people shorten that.
The grass is greener over the field.
That can be a healthy field in a dry summer or a failing one. We look before we guess.
Do you do real estate inspections?
Yes. Pump + camera + written letter. Book us before the due diligence clock is already ringing.
Can you work a wooded lot?
Yes. Truck access still matters. Send a photo of the drive and we will say if we need a smaller rig.
